RTM was founded by Scott R. Schomber in 2016. Since then, RTM has worked to live up to its name by implementing innovative and effective solutions for parties and litigants to arrive at quick and cost-effective resolutions of their disputes. At RTM, we believe it is the mediator’s role to look at disputes from each party’s perspective,

Since then, RTM has worked to live up to its name by implementing innovative and effective solutions for parties and litigants to arrive at quick and cost-effective resolutions of their disputes. At RTM, we believe it is the mediator’s role to look at disputes from each party’s perspective, understand their challenges, understand their risks and create an opportunity for the parties to decide the outcome of their dispute.
Each dispute is unique, and the path to resolution can be varied. While most mediations are court ordered, RTM recognizes the benefits of pre-suit mediations or early, voluntary mediations. Likewise, RTM recognizes the cost saving benefits of Zoom mediations; however, it also appreciates the increased insight that a traditional face-to-face mediation brings to more complex disputes. Whether court ordered, voluntary, pre-suit, Zoom, or in-person, RTM is able to conduct and participate in all mediation formats to bring your dispute to a conclusion.
